MGVA offers both Social & Power open play and league play for our Ladies+ members. MGVA created Ladies+ as part of our ongoing commitment to inclusivity, equity, and the continued growth of our gender-inclusive programming. Evolving from a women's division, Ladies+ is played on women's height net (7 feet, 4 1/8 inches) and offers a space for players to participate both socially and competitively at a level that feels right for them.

Ladies+ is open to any MGVA member who feels comfortable playing on a net that is 7 feet, 4 1/8 inches (women's height). This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who identify as women, transgender, non-binary, or gender-diverse. The division is intentionally inclusive and not limited solely to cisgender women, reflecting MGVA's values as an LGBTQ+ affirming organization.

Our goal with Ladies+ is to foster a welcoming, respectful, and competitive environment where players can participate authentically and safely. We recognize that gender identity and expression exist on a spectrum, and we are committed to ensuring that transgender and non-binary members feel supported and have meaningful access to play on a net that feels comfortable.

Ladies+ represents MGVA's continued effort to expand our women's programming while cultivating an inclusive community that prioritizes respect, connection, and a shared love of the game.
To attend our Ladies+ programs, you must sign up and pay online (Click "Sign-in Now!" above). New members will be prompted to create an account with our website and will also be notified via email to submit the one-time MGVA Waiver and Release of Liability.
